The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings held within them.
2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of pantas44 and its affiliated companies, technology providers, and game suppliers are not eligible to register or maintain player accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals. 4.4 Declined Deposits. pantas44 is not responsible for any bank or payment processor fees incurred as a result of a declined deposit. If funds are deducted from your payment account but not credited to your pantas44 balance, you must contact our support team within 48 hours with transaction evidence.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5.1 pantas44 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms when accepted.

12.2 pantas44 accepts no liability for any losses — including bets placed or in progress — arising from platform downtime, connection failures, or technical interruptions not caused by the player's own actions.

15.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the pantas44 platform, you should contact the customer support team in the first instance. pantas44 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to resolve it within seven (7) business days.
15.2 If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support, it may be escalated to pantas44's internal complaints review team. A final decision will be issued in writing within twenty-one (21) days of escalation.
15.3 Any dispute relating to the outcome of a bet or game must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event in question. Claims raised outside this period may be rejected without further review.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which pantas44 holds its gaming authorisation.
16.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pantas44's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
16.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
